My Story:
Hello
I'm Jemma Kurbankulova but you can call me Jemmi. I'm 24 years old health & fitness enthusiast.
Owning an online personal training business was always my dream and i could not be more excited
to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with you all.I started my fitness journey a few years ago.
Like every beginner in the gym i had no idea what i need to do. I was afraid of hitting the heavy weight exercises because it seemed too intimidating for me.
I was hesitate of other people at the gym. It seemed to me that they were all professionals.
I thought that they would condemn my inability to do the exercises correctly(it was a mistake, because noone cares about you and your workouts). I started to read a lot of books and journals about bodybuilding for women, about nutrition .. created my first personal workout program for myself, created macronutrient guide and changed my diet plan. I have always had difficulty consuming enough calories.
I thought that if I eat a lot, I will grow fat. But I did not understand that the correct consumption of right amount of healthy calories is a 70 percent of success in achieving fitness goals.
It was tough to realize, that building muscles is not only a hard work at the gym, healthy diet but also a lifestyle. At the beginning it's hard to keep all things done, such as consistent gym visiting, everyday meal planning, discipline, motivation.
