…. So 2 years ago I was contacted by the BBC to go on .. obviously I jumped at the chance. We headed to Edinburgh and had a wonderful time with the other guests and team.

I sold my children’s lucky dip sign with all the money going to - who helped to save my life in 2020 (and continue to do so with their research and fab nurses).

How epic is this! It was our 10 year anniversary on Sunday and I commissioned .ann.artist to embroider our first date receipt 😍

I contacted to ask them to create me a receipt - which was a random request but they were epic and sent it over within a day 💜, we then changed the date and .ann.artist did her magic!

(I did also give the total wrong year and she had to fix it 🙃 sorry and love you! )

Soaking up the baby cuddles.. how is Mags 6 weeks old?! And she’s already been thrifting with me 💜.

Most of her wardrobe is secondhand 🙌🏼-some from baby Moo, hand me downs from friends… or (always on there when she’s napping!). Next double zip sleepsuits are a game changer!

Got lots planned for 2024 for Mags and Moo.. even featuring an adults selection of handmade bits… but until then I’ll be tucked up with Mags whilst we wait for Moo to finish school…

Merry Christmas from my family to yours 💜

We had the best chilled day with the inlaws - charades, baby cuddles, moo playing with monster high toys, lots of Xmas crafts and a scrummy dinner.

Thinking of all those who have lost loved ones and find this time of year hard. I’ll be visiting mums tree and introducing Maggie to her, which I already find devastating that she’ll never get to meet her. Mum was a proper Xmas loving nana and is missed every year 💜✨

Maggie Lavender arrived a few hours after her due date via a natural birth at Margate Hospital (the whole team were incredible!).

We are in a wonderful baby bubble and Moo is the most incredible big sister 🌈

Feeling lucky and absolutely in awe of our little family.

Mags and Moo gets a new member due Nov ‘23 💜

It’s been a bumpy slightly scary start to our pregnancy, we’ve been told this baby is a “miracle baby” and that we are a “once in ten year patient” due to my cancer in 2020. BUT we have 4 consultants keeping a close eye on us and we are so excited to be a family of 4 🌈🌈

Moo is going to make THE best big sister and she makes us so proud every day!… also super emotional.

So yes, that’s why I’ve not been at the market and my lovely partner Paul has. He’ll be there for the rest of the season, I will be popping along for a few hours here and there… but cancer meds and pregnancy hormones are being a pickle!

Ps… one consultant thinks it’s a boy… so if you have any 80s/90s boy bits for sale let me know! Mine sells so quickly, I wish I kept so much 🙃.

Hey! It’s been a pretty long time since I’ve introduced myself, and we’ve had quite a few more followers since the blooming wonderful mentioned us 🌈 (thank you!)

We are Mags and Moo Vintage - myself and my daughter (and if you come to our market stall in you’ll also meet my roadie/partner too.

A few facts about us:
💜 We are based in Broadstairs and do a weekly market in Margate ( )

💜 upcycled items and fashion using vintage fabrics too

🌈 Mags and Moo is named after my lovely mum (mags) who passed away and my wonderful pocket rocket daughter Moo

💜 I once worked for a marketing agency and we had to film a man in a boiler suit.. with a Demi Moore lookalike
💜 I’ve travelled the world working for an events company - Cape Town has my heart!

💜 Moo was born in Yorkshire, and we lived there for approx 15 years as a family - LEEDS LEEDS LEEDS (Met 🙃)
