That was me, thinking I cannot BE a Sacred Woman or cannot explore the sacredness of s*xuality or womanhood until I was healed from experiencing s*xual assaults.😵

I thought I was tained, stained and felt shame and guilt for it. I felt so far away from the Great Mother. I couldn't even bear to look at Her.🙅‍♀️

I was feeling so dirty and unworthy.😰

I felt I needed to redeem myself, cleanse myself of my 'sins' and 'stains' before I could go to Her.🌊

The truth, though, is that having experienced trauma doesn't make you damaged or unworthy of shining in all your inner Goddess glow!🌟 

It doesn't mean that you need to wait until the "full healing" has happened. Whatever "full healing" means anyway. Life will always make us grow and evolve. Reclaiming your Divine Feminine within and walking the path of the Goddess can actually help in healing many things. Physical, emotional, spiritual and so much more.🌀 

While your journey might look different from another woman that didn't experience the same things as you, you can still move forward in healing AND in revealing the Goddess within AND in exploring Sacred Sexuality.👑 

That is what happened for me. I started to go back to Her, the Great Mother, the Goddess within. And I noticed something.🦋

SHE also carries all the feminine wounds and traumas. She is at all times ALL that we are as the feminine collective. She taught me to embrace those Shadows to reveal the Light within. My true Power.🌻

To deny Her is to deny ourselves. She just wants to hold us. Be there with us and show us the way back home. No shame, no guilt. Just lots of Love.💗

🌟Harnessing the Divine Masculine within ourselves can heal the abandonment wound our feminine aspect might have towards the masculine.🌟

This abandonment wound could have been brought about through any relationship with a man in our lives, a father, friend, lover, even teacher or coach.👨🏾👴🏼👨‍🚒🧔🏻

The abandonment wound comes when some expectation of safety, support, stability from a man would not have been met. Then we feel like we ‘have to do it all on our own’ or have to ‘fend for ourselves’.🦂🤺

An effect of that wound, however, is that we might unconsciously go into toxic patterns or in codependency. This can mean a wide range of tendencies, such as pushing men away, romantically, or otherwise, or clinging on to them for dear life.🕸

By harnessing the Divine Masculine within ourselves, we come to heal that wound and other wounds that we might have in regards to the masculine.🤴🏿

By finding that strength within, through that stability and groundedness, we can then express the fullness of our feminity and engage in positive relationships with men, romantically or socially.🦋

I know, dissociation can be super hard. It can feel so invasive and like something is wrong with us.

But there is nothing wrong about you!🤗

Dissociation can come from many things like feeling shame, guilt or from s*xual traumas.

🙈My Honest Truth?🙈

I was a woman that felt constricted in her energy and how I felt I could express it. For example, I felt a lot of shame around womanhood in general. I was constantly dissociating from my body, always escaping. I didn’t know what it meant to be a woman in the world.🐚

All I knew is that the submissive, passive, pleasing female ideal society offered me as a woman didn’t resonate. Neither appealed to me the other option; the one full of s*xual lust, seduction, man-eating that really only seemed to also fall in the 1st category; pleasing others, but through her s*xuality. The Virgin and the Whore.🦢 🐉

I felt there HAD to more for women than this. But what was it? 🤷‍♀️

The first thing I knew I had to do was look at the shame and guilt I held for simply being a woman and from s*xual trauma.☠️

Then I was able to start looking at this body of mine. I could finally ‘tolerate’ her enough to look at her. And I became curious.🐈

What does she hum every day?🐝

What is her song?🎶

What wisdom does she hold?🦉

What language does she speak?🌬️

What does she want from me? 💭

👀What did I discover?

The Great Mother. Right there, tucked in that body of mine. And She is in yours as well, sister.🪷

And She showed me her way. How to access Spirit through Matter, in that beautiful dance of Divine Union that she holds with the Divine Masculine aspect of God.♾️

One of Her greatest teachings is that She, who births the world, always does it in bliss and pleasure. And so is the birth right of EVERY woman! It’s Her gift to the female body! To reclaim this Sacred Pleasure is to reclaim the Goddess within!🌀

🦋SHARING BIG CHANGES IN MY LIFE!!!🏵

On October 17th, in the middle of the Eclipse Season, we took a long journey hafl way accross the world from our previous home of Mexico to Indonesia, our new home... For the time being anyway. Who ever really knows for how long..?🤷🏽‍♀️
 
This big move is such a blessing in so many ways I can hardly begin to explain, but it feels like a form of rebirth for the both of us.🦋 I foolishly thought I would quickly get back to my work but I realized I needed time to 'synch'/sink in this new magical place.✨ 
 
Interestingly, the town we were living in held the meaning of 'the place where people become gods' and we moved to an island that is nicknamed 'island of the gods'. It feels significant and telling of the type of transformation we underwent in Mexico, really shedding so much of what is not our true selves to reveal more of our God spark within. I am telling you, it was grueling at times but the gift of transformation is in equal proportion!💝
 
On the 'island of the gods' we seem to have come to a place where those God sparks that have been more revealed can now express more of their Light blueprint. For me, it meant lots of inspiration for new offerings that I am so excited to share with you!🎉

🌀6 SIGNS OF REPRESSED FEMININE ENERGY🌺

Sister, we all do it as some point or another. Especially as we try to fit in a society that values the masculine aspects of our beings, like the intellect.🧠

🔥ARE YOU ANGRY?!?🌋 IF SO, AWESOME, AND HERE IS WHY!👇

Sister, our anger can be a sacred thing!❤️‍🔥

I know, we are definitely not taught as women that we can be angry, feel anger and certainly not that it can be sacred!

Nonetheless, anger is actually a very feminine quality, many goddesses possess it. We can think of Kali or Sekhmet , but my personal favourite goddess on anger is Pele, the goddess of volcanos and fire of the hawaiian pantheon.🌋 With her gifts of heat and fire, Pele created the hawaiian islands.🏝️ However, her gifts are also a source of death as she can errupt through a volcano, her place of abode, unleashing lava that can burn everything in it's course. As such, Pele's anger and energetic drive is both creative and destructive, and so is yours, my sister. That's how it is sacred.🎆

Our anger signifies that a boundary has been crossed. It tells us of a violation. We should listen.👂🏾Deep under our anger, we can feel the sadness of this violation. From it, we are given the opportunity of creation and destruction. Not destruction in the sense Pele does, of course. But maybe it is about ending a relationship, removing ourselves from a specific environment or breaking an old pattern. In creation, we can transform a relationship or make new ones, create for ourselves a new environment of thrival.👸🏻

Whatever it is, it begins with acknowledging the violation, the anger that follows and the sadness underneath it and feeling it. Maybe it looks like screaming at the top of your lungs in your car of in a pillow and crying all the tears of your body.😭 Maybe it's dancing your anger away.💃🏾 Pick what works for you, and know Pele is right there beside you, to destroy and create.
