Given the slow down of the market I decided now would be a great time to reintroduce myself. Earlier this year I made the decision to hang my license with . 🎉 This is an incredible blessing for my business as it helps me build a network that will better serve my clients’ needs.
This year, my goal was to continue educating myself to better assist my clients. With the right tools and proper mentoring I was able to hit my transaction goal and helped many first time home buyers purchase condos, single family homes, retirement homes, and fixer uppers! 🏡🏢🙌🏻
Q4 has already showed its signs of slowing down - the market shift is officially happening. I will be using this time to further my education and continue building industry relationships. 🏡

Congratulations to my buyer! This transaction is unique to me in many ways. It was my first - my buyer has a vision - I can’t wait to see it come to life. ✨
We started the search about a year ago - 2021 spring/summer market (bidding wars were intense). We toured so many properties, submitted multiple offers, canceled a few offers, until we found THE ONE. The transaction itself lasted about 7 months. It was not always easy but with persistence, patience and perseverance we made it to the closing table!
