New product alert! I really enjoyed building this idea I’ve had floating around for a long time and am very happy with how they turned out!
These phone stands have a built in wireless fast charging system including a fast charge plug. I still have a few left for sale, if you are interested send me a direct message!
I recently finished up a commission piece for a family friend who was looking for a nightstand to match her existing bedroom furniture. It was challenging matching the style and color but it was a fun project and I am more than happy with the final product!
Finally had some time to use up scrap wood on some personal projects. Made a set of 3 end tables for our house and pretty happy with how they turned out!
I had a lot of fun helping build this hidden bar out of a whiskey barrel for a gift!
And just like that… our stay in Texas comes to an end. Working in a cabinet shop and small business has taught me more than I could have hoped. Here’s to seeing what Alaska has in store for us!
Wow! What a whirlwind of a week! For those that don’t know, I got married Friday!!! Here are some of the fun little projects I built for it including re-purposing some fence post for an arch, a bunch of signs, the centerpieces logs out of a friends fallen walnut tree, and custom cigar boxes for groomsmen gifts.
And on top of all that, we found out we are moving to Houston, TX in 2 weeks!! Can’t wait to see what our next stop has in store for us!
I have been wanting to try something like this for a long time and am super happy with how it turned out. Gives me a lot of new ideas!
Some of you have been asking for the last couple months and some of you probably don’t remember. But I built a bar for an awesome couple a few months back and tonight it was finally ready for the finishing touches! Still one of my favorite pieces to date! (Copper top was supplied by someone else) I only wish it was at my house so I could have a drink at it!
This year I am extra thankful for family and have a very big delivery to make! This oak table set for my Aunt and Uncle couldn’t have turned out better! My favorite part of building things for family members is knowing that they will be around for generations to come!
Have a safe and happy thanksgiving everyone 🦃
Sneak peak of this awesome oak living room set I am working on now. This one has been a really fun build and I can’t wait to see how my first round coffee table turns out!
Even though it was personally painful to make a Green Bay board.. I am very pleased with how these turned out!
For those of you who don’t know, my fiancé has been working with an awesome activewear clothing company called Zyia.
I thought it would be fun to do a little collaboration and we made these wood signs and coasters. She is doing a giveaway with them and we are customizing the coasters for the lucky winners.

Whew.. this was a big project for me and not just the size. The couple I am building it for is finishing their basement and gave me all the time I wanted to build this bar for them. It took me 2 months but between working full time, traveling every weekend, not to mentioned getting engaged and planning a wedding, it’s been a little crazy! Once this gets delivered and installed, there is some trim pieces going on as well as a copper bar top they bought from another shop. I cannot wait to see it all installed and ready to be enjoyed!
I haven’t posted in a while but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy!! While in the boundary waters I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes!! As a gift when we got back I tried my hand at building wood frames for our map and star map and they turned out amazing! Along with all that I have also been working in my biggest build to date... but more to come on that later!
This was my first time trying out a weathered paint job. Another build I’d like to keep for our place instead of giving to the customer, but a happy customer who appreciated the work is much more rewarding!
The 3rd phase of this build might be my favorite of the set. It was for sure the biggest improvement! A big shout out for and for all the help with these!
The motivation for this coffee table that opens up into a puzzle table was an old card table that was either a cabin staple or a nuisance depending on who you ask. It took a while to figure out how I was going to design it, but it came together really well and fills in the open living room!!
A few behind the scene photos from the first phase of the cabin build. The motivation behind these was my mom wanting an end table for her morning coffee. And of course you can’t have just 1 end table! This was the start of the whole build and it may have spiraled out of control, but in a good way!
Over the last 2 months , and I have been secretly building a new living room set for the family cabin. It was a lot of hard work but seeing and Bills reaction make it 1000x worth it!! Can’t believe the difference it made to the look of the living room and somehow made the cabin feel even more homey! Progress pics of all the pieces to come later! @ Vanduse Lake
Not quite woodworking but it was cool to give these patio chairs a 2nd life @ Woodbury, Minnesota
It’s fun to look back at the progression of our dining table set over the past 7 months. It’s crazy to see how far my woodworking has come since then. If this quarantine lasts much longer we will probably end up with more new furniture 🤷♂️
Quite the satisfying end to a good weekend. and I finished the last pieces to complete our dining room set. Really happy with how it all came together! @ Woodbury, Minnesota
and I are making solid progress on the matching bench for our table! Once this is done we just have to stain our chairs to match and our set will be complete! Final pics coming soon @ Woodbury, Minnesota
and I worked really hard on this and the final results are better than we could have hoped for. My favorite thing about this table however is that we will always be able to look back and remember the time we spent together in quarantine doing something productive and lasting! Stay healthy everyone! @ Woodbury, Minnesota
