2023 was such a special year for myself & LUNALUNE. I never imagined I could keep up with a hobby for this long, but making jewelry continues to be my most favorite creative outlet. this year, i stepped out of my comfort zone and took part in two markets in chicago. my favorite memory from the year has to be when my uber driver was eyeing down my jewelry display on the way to the market venue and then asking to buy a pair of earrings for his partner at the end of the ride. i am so thankful everyday for my supportive friends, family, online community & even strangers who always make my art feel seen. with a lot of work always being behind the scenes, the few moments of genuine interaction are so important to me. this year, i’ve focused on creating and building my brand. after a total name & logo rebrand and understanding my creative energy, i finally feel like LUNALUNE is truly a reflection of myself. as i take this next step into the third (!!!) year of LUNALUNE, i’m excited by the opportunities to share my art with more and more people around the world. thank you for being a part of my journey, checking out my store, and buying/ wearing my art! i am so grateful😽🤍

i was a vendor for the first time (!!!) in two markets this summer and it was such a beautiful & rewarding experience. i loved seeing all my pieces come together in one place & meeting so many shoppers & other vendors! so grateful for all the helping hands & love throughout the process. i’m looking forward to more markets & meeting more lovely people in chicago this fall🥰🤞🏽

a new question i’ve been getting a lot: where do i get my beads from? while some come from good old amazon, the best & most special beads come from etsy, the thrift store, or even from my (& my family’s) old jewelry! repurposing charms & beads is one way to practice sustainability and i love giving pre-loved pieces and new pretty place to live. this necklace is one of many pieces that features a repurposed charm🪬✨
