Joining online exercise group based in Wynyard called Forever in Motion. It's a saskatchewan health funded program for older adults. Sat in on one session at neighbour's and they are a fun group. Will attend live Monday in Wynyard then try to get added to that group via Facebook.

Yule is passing now and the upcoming pagan time of Ostara will be upon us. Sometimes referred to as Easter or Spring Festival the symbols and rituals of this special time of year are many: Fertility, Eggs, Lilies, bunnies and little animals, the slow awakening of the earth after the starkness and cold of the winter months.
