Earlier this month, I did an inventory on my skills and some of the other skills and knowledge I need to develop and learn this year to grow and attract opportunities.

While reflecting on that, I realised that beyond the number of skills I have and intend to develop, where I deploy those skills and how well I talk about the things I do and know (even now) is more important.

So beyond getting certifications, start deploying it in the right places and talk about it.

It's our first anniversary today and I'm grateful to God for my darling wife, the favour He has showed us and the beautiful and joyful journey so far. Trusting God for more amazing years of love, peace and continous favour. Also thankful for our beautiful Zoey.

You are what you say!

A lot of people have an endliess loop of negative self-talk which further reinforces their weaknesses. Your weakness is an indication of what you can do to improve yourself and speaking from a place of strength can turn your weakness to strength (You Get?)

How you see yourself and what you say to yourself will determine how others see you.... it is not the other way round. So be more conscious and intentional of your self-talk.
