Happy New Year. Home Sweet home. Straight into kitchen and today did a quick chick pea Sundal (salad). I soaked my chick peas for 4 hours but you can use a can one as well. Pressure cooker it for 10 minutes or 4 whistles. Then usual tempering and add chick pea and salt and fresh coconut. I also
added Amchur powder. Give it a good stir and garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves😊 give it a shot. Serve it with finely chopped onions❤️. A very quick dinner option and you can have it in a wrap with some salad as well 😊😊
