This is not the way to coach. You should never be shamed for food. This right here is the reason so many people have such a negative relationship with food.
Life is about balance, your energy input and output is about balance. Caloric intake vs Calories burned.
One piece of candy does not mean you have to do 10 minutes of cardio.
Yes the sugars/bad fats are not great for your body but we already know this.
There are SO many factors for each individual person of how they store fat, how they lose weight, how they gain weight. This isn't ever a 1 plan fits all.
If you are on your healthy lifestyle journey and you had some chocolate/candy. THAT IS OKAY! Jump back on the wagon, start your journey up again and keep moving forward.

Good morning ladies! Some exciting news.
I have decided that this coming challenge I would like to offer a FREE 4 week challenge.
With lockdowns, covid-19 and just general stress of everyday life, we (especially as moms) tend to put ourselves last. My name is Lorelee Lockey. I am a mom to a beautiful baby boy who was born in March 2020.
Nutrition and fitness has been a large part of my life since meeting my husband 5 years ago. We are always on the go and always up for the next challenge in life.
Exercise was a daily occurrence before having my baby. Once I became pregnant I felt like my body wasn't mine anymore. Nothing felt normal and it continued after birth as well.
When looking around for support on nutrition and fitness postpartum i came across next to non.
I decided that this is where I wanted to focus my time and help other moms get their bodies back to where they are comfortable in their own skin again.
I am a certified precision nutrition coach. My focus is on moms specifically. This doesnt mean you need to be fresh postpartum. This could be a mom that her kids are finally off to college and she has the time to take care of herself again, or it could be the new mom who is 8 weeks postpartum and needs help with getting her milk supply up.
