-Bloody Royals Trilogy refunds will slowly begin to process beginning next week. We will be processing refunds weekly until all have been completed.

We have heard and understand the frustrations that some of you have due to the timeliness of the refund process. Please keep in mind that we have this schedule because this timeline is what works best for us to be able to refund these boxes, continue to fulfill past box orders, and to keep fulfilling current orders.

Quick Update

Shipping:
We are currently still shipping June, July, & the Library of Profane boxes (shipping slowed down due to the holiday season)

Refunds:
We are currently still processing refunds for the Sebre Security boxes.

Refunds for the Bloody Royals boxes will begin to process at the end of January 2024.

*We will be posting the updated 2024 shipping schedule for past boxes soon.

Update: we are currently shipping the last of the January boxes and have started the June boxes. July boxes are scheduled to begin shipping right after the June boxes are completed.

Refunds for the Sabre Security boxes has started processing and will continue to slowly process weekly until done.

The Bloody Royals box has been cancelled and refunds will begin to process in January.

We will be releasing a new tentative ship schedule for 2024 in the next couple of weeks. All other boxes not mentioned will continue to be fulfilled in 2024.

Box Update: June box swags are mostly completed so we have now begun to box up. We plan to begin shipping the June boxes next week. We are still working on the July box swags but we plan to have them mostly completed and ready for boxing by December 1st.

The Sabre Security Box have been cancelled and refunds will begin to process in December.

Quick update: Boxes are still shipping and emails with tracking are still going out!

Due to our shipping delays, we have decided to suspend all of our monthly book boxes and future exclusive boxes until we are caught up on shipping our past boxes. All monthly subscriptions has been cancelled.

The Notorious Series exclusive box - shipping will take place during the next two weeks

We sincerely want to apologize for the delay in shipping and our lack of communication. We acknowledge your concerns and are working to correct and improve our customer service.

For a while now, we have been dealing with tough times in our personal lives that has directly affected our business operations. There has been major events thats happened in June, July and now in September that has taken up precedence in our life and has left the business in a stand still. For the whole month of September we have been away so there was no shipping or production at all. While going through all of this, I didnt do my part as a business owner by informing all of you of what was going on and the delay and for that I am truly sorry.

Please understand that we are fully aware of our issues and we are going to correct all of our wrongs and learn from our mistakes.

Again we’re deeply and sincerely sorry for our lack of communication, not just to you all but to our authors as well. As I mentioned before, we are going through really tough times and the lack of communication and my poor response times are all on me and I deeply apologize. Moving forward, we have just received some additional helping hands which we feel will help us with keeping our social media, authors, and customers informed and updated about the status of boxes. We will be sending emails to customers and making announcements on our social media about the new updates in a separate post.

Moving forward we have made the decision to suspend all of our future monthly book boxes and exclusive boxes until we can get more caught up on our past boxes. All existing book boxes will continue to be fulfilled until we are all caught up.

Your patience and support means the world to us and we are truly sorry for all of your less than stellar experiences.

Valued Customers & Authors,
In the last 6 months we have experienced a series of unexpected events and difficulties with printers that were out of our control that unfortunately set us behind on shipping.

In early June, we suffered from a fire that left significant damage to our home. And while the books were not harmed in the fire, we were not able to do any work for most of the month as repairs were being made. Shipping became even more delayed as a result of this.

In July, one of my children had to have major surgery for his airway and is still suffering from complications from the surgery, which has taken up a large portion of my time and attention that I was not prepared for.

On top of those personal issues, we have experienced an extremely difficult time since January with Amazon sending us and authors damaged books over and over. We have spent an insane amount of time going back and forth with Amazon to correct the issues and get help with these shipping problems.

We have heard the concerns of our customers and the authors we work with and are working towards a better communication system with everyone moving forward that will include much better response times from us.

We are currently in the process of speaking with other printers for our printing to hopefully minimize the shipping delays and improve the quality of our books.

Going forward, we will be making changes to the bookstore to help in minimizing the delays that can occur with printing and shipping and provide regular updates to our customers.

•Starting September 1st we will no longer offer swag in our monthly subscription boxes. We will only be offering the mini book with paper swag included each month.

•Only the exclusive boxes will now come with merch.

Also moving forward, we will keep open and constant communication with our authors about the progress of boxes featuring their titles.

We are working hard to fix our mistakes and to improve past issues so that we can give both our customers and authors better experiences when doing business with us.

We will be doing our best to promptly answer emails and questions during those hours and respond to emails and questions sent after hours by the next business day.
