Thank y’all for a lovely, fulfilling weekend. We get so much pleasure out of being with everyone in person and bringing wholesome food to your tables.
We’re off to a late morning here at Two Clay Birds Farm. We gathered eggs from our coop (and from the chiminea where a couple of our gals have taken a shine to laying) and are making spinach-tomato-and-egg sandwiches on freshly-milled einkorn sourdough. And, of course, coffee. Can’t forget the coffee.
