Is hybrid working, with the pressure to be “always on”, contributing to a fatigue epidemic?

More than 50% of U.K. workers surveyed for the Workplace Health Report: 2022, produced by workplace wellbeing platform Champion Health, said they were fatigued or extremely fatigued. Furthermore, 53% reported that tiredness was impacting their productivity at work.
