10 cups of water
2-4 tbsp of honey
Juice of 1 lemonm
Step 1: Bring water to boil. Add ginger root.
Step 2: Turn off burner and steep the tea for 6 minutes.
Step 3: Add honey, lemon juice, and stir.
Step 4: Serve over ice and store the rest!

My experience in VA Beach has been SO enriching. Before coming, I thought I wanted to do personal training and medical nutrition therapy. Now I KNOW this is what I want to do! While working for Jim I was able to work on blogs, do research for national organizations, volunteer for the Liftathon (a weightlifting fundraiser for his nonprofit) and train a wide variety of clients. I’ll miss the community! It was life changing and I’m excited to finish up school and see where life takes me!
