*Managment of C shaped canal in Mandibular Second Molar.*
Case was reffered to our microscope center with the problem of probable perforation in 47 .
On examination and with help of X rays it was confirmed to be a C shaped anatomy . Whole case was completed in a single visit and patient wss reffered back to referring clinic for further treatment.
*Remember that in Mandibular second molar such anatomy is very common in Asian population. And such anatomy need thorough cleaning and obturation.*

Consultation Case.
Patient reported with pain and sensitivity with Upper first molar Root canal was completed in a single visit . Few important point about Mb-2 .
1. Always search Mb-2 in all upper molars it's important for the success of your RCT , like in this case since it has a separate exit . Patient would have definitely got persistent Sensitivity with the tooth
2.Always take a sharp probe and explore area under Mb-1 canal
3.Mb-2 canal is mostly curved in first 3-4 mm so be careful in negotiation of the canal
4. Always prepare mb-2 canal with four percent files to avoid Removal of more dentine in isthmus region.
