A deposit is now being taken on all orders personalised or not as I can not resell these products, this is because they have been tailored to the customers preferences.
• Full payment can still be taken and will be required on certain offers.

Orders must now be picked up within 2 weeks of me completing them as I don’t have the space to store all these orders. I can deliver if local, a day will be discussed once the product is complete.
• I can hold onto items if a customer has bought products from me within a few weeks of each other this is so that they can be collected together.
• If you are unable to collect within the two weeks please let me know a date of when you are able to pick up your product.
