Being part of a network of good people who only want to see everyone else succeed on their journey is priceless.

The market can be challenging and confusing so having clarity on what you want to achieve is important so that you can make the right decisions to get to where you want to be. The provide all this a more :)

Great day yesterday at the summer summit. Full of inspiration, knowledge and surrounded by good people 🙂

Got down to the and it was good to hear from some of the bigger players in the industry on topics such as rising interest rates and abolishment of section 21 etc.

My biggest takeaway which is nothing new to me, is ultimately if your doing this professionally, keeping yourself educated, providing decent homes and surrounding yourself with the right network then there’s opportunity but not so much from the unprofessional and u educated landlord glued to the negative headlines in the media 👀

Every room in this HMO has its own private en-suit. Having private washing facilities puts you at an advantage against those that don’t as people don’t want to share these facilities anymore. Since the pandemic demand for these private washing facilities has also increased.

This room was my favourite transformation on this HMO conversion. Check out the before pics 😍

When I converted this property into a HMO, it was important to me that I added some green space where I could so that the tenants could have an outdoor area where they can relax.

Studies have suggested that
green spaces can lower levels of stress and reduce rates of depression, anxiety and improve general well-being. 🌿

One of the most important things to me about property investing is being involved in a support network and surrounding yourself with people doing the same thing, bouncing ideas of each other and encouraging everyone to do well.
