Ever need an extra energy boost? This has been amazing for me. I went from drinking 2 cups of coffee a day to adding this to my coffee routine in the morning and have had energy all day and no need for coffee number 2 in the afternoon. Don't drink coffee? No problem you can mix this by itself hot or cold and it's just as good. Also, I have been sleeping better at night, that's a bonus.
