Excited to announce that Palm Sunday is part of the inaugural 100 of the Fair Luxury . We’ve pledged that by the end of 2021, all stones used in our jewelry will be fully traceable and all our non-client gold will be Fair Mined. 🤝 There are a lot of terrible systems we modern metalsmiths have inherited, and it’s up to us to change the way the jewelry industry works. Part of the reason we are closing up shop this summer is to rework our sourcing and revamp our studio. Thanks to the work of groups like Ethical Metalsmiths, The Living Room Sessions, Responsible Jewelry on CH, and others, My eyes are opening wider to what it really means to be part of a more sustainable and ethical ecosystem in jewelry. Stay tuned as I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned from the leaders in this space like , , , and who continually show up and work towards making the jewelry industry more transparent, fair, and clean. for more info on how to become part of the pledge- any movement forward is important. 🖤

I’ve finally done it; I’ve chosen a date to release the Santa Maria Collection. It’s always so difficult to nail down a time when you expect everything to be ready, so whatever is ready on 5/26/21 will be released! I’m sure there will inevitably be some unfinished pieces so I’ll release weekly refreshes of new items after that release date. It’s the Flower Moon on the 26th, so I figured for a collection based around Saint Mary of The Flowers, that would make the most sense. 🌸 ALSO, I’m closing customs today as we have a lot planned for the summer and I want to be able to give custom order clients clear and specific deadlines, so I’ll open them back up after the summer when life settles down a bit. If you’re a current custom client on the WaitWhile list- your project has already been accepted and will be completed before we close up shop for the summer.

What gets me every time is when a partner wants all the details just right and doesn’t feel rushed to make the ring happen (bc no pressure, right??). 🤍 I could sense just how much Robbie loves Chelsea from how he moved through each step of the design process with an abundance of consideration for her, and what she would want. So excited for you both, + - congrats! 🌾🌿🌾

It’s been a while since I’ve taken time to create for play, for fun, without a plan. I have a day to myself today so that’s the goal!

A beautiful, reclaimed estate emerald set in a new, delicate twist setting for Christie. See how this ring was made in my stories today!

It’s March which means one of my favorite stones, the aquamarine, is going to get a lot of love. The birthstone for the third month of the year, aquamarine is praised for its soothing qualities and lore of protection for mariners (or any type of traveler in modern times). I’ve always found it endlessly calming and so beautiful, especially when it has hints of green. Pictured here is ‘s aquamarine engagement ring that I made for her a while back, and her new wedding band which I just completed. We talked about incorporating something elvish into the design, first playing around with the idea of engraving the leaves of lorien into a band, but eventually landed on this fun silhouette with a baby moissanite. Congrats, you two!

Custom orders for 2021 are now open! There’s a video in my stories today explaining how custom orders will work this year, but here’s the summary:
1. I will no longer be accepting custom orders in DMs, there’s a pretty little form on my website (link in bio) where you can now easily submit your request.
2. I’ll be taking 5-10 customs orders per quarter.
3. If there’s a wait for custom orders, you’ll be added to my virtual waitlist on WaitWhile where you can always see where your order is in line, and you can cancel anytime.
4. In an effort to work towards only using fair mined or recycled yellow gold, I will no longer be accepting orders for silver or white gold.
5. I’m only taking custom ring or pendant orders in an attempt to focus on mastering one craft at a time.
6. There are two custom order pathways now- the Signature Service and Sunday Service- to find out which is right for you and your jewelry ideas, click the link in my bio.
