The Meaning and History of Memes Internet culture is saturated with memes, but how would you explain a meme to someone who doesn’t get it?

IPASKIL NA ANG INYONG TANAGÀ! TUMULA TÁYO!

Isang katutubong tula ang tanagà na binubuo ng apat na taludtod, pitóng pantig ang bawat taludtod, at madalas ay monorima. Nangangahulugan ang monorima na magkakahawig ang padron o patern ng tula.

Mga Tuntunin

1. Ang pagsulat ng tanagà ay bahagi ng online na timpalak na Tumula Tayo na itinataguyod ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino para sa Buwan ng Panitikan. Ito ay bílang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng UNESCO International Decade of the Indigenous Languages (IDIL) 2022–2032, at ng SDGs Manila ResiliArt EarthSaving Event (under UNESCO patronage) sa pangunguna ng International Theater Institute (ITI)-Philippines Center.

2. Bukás ang timpalak sa lahat ng Pilipino, maliban sa mga opisyal at kawani ng KWF at kanilang mga kaanak.

3. Ang lahok ay orihinal na tula na nakasulat sa wikang Filipino.

4. Ang paksa ng tanagà ay “Pagpapahalaga sa Kasaysayan, Kultura, Karapatan, Kapakanan, at Wika ng mga Katutubo (Indigenous Peoples)”.

5. Ang tanagà ay nása tugmang karaniwan. Ibig sabihin, magkakatugma ang hulíng pantig ng bawat taludtod o linya—patinig (may impit at walang impit) at katinig (malakas at mahina).

6. Para sa paglahok, ipaskil sa comment section ng post na ito ang inyong tanagà (isang saknong lámang at may pamagat).

7. Isang entri lang ang maaaring ilahok ng indibidwal sa kategoryang tanagà.

8. Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paggamit ng edit para baguhin ang ipinaskil na entri.

9. Ang hulíng araw ng pagsusumite ng lahok para sa tanagà ay sa 20 Marso 2022, 11:59 ng gabí. Hindi na mauurong ang araw ng pagsusumite.

10. Ang tatlong mananalo ay tatanggap ng sertipiko at sumusunod na gantimpala:

Unang puwesto, PHP5,000.00
Ikalawang puwesto, PHP3,000.00
Ikatlong puwesto, PHP2,000.00

11. Para sa pagmamarka, gagamitin ang pamantayan na:

Estruktura – 25%
Kasiningan – 25%
Nilalaman – 25%
Wastong Gámit ng Wika – 25%

12. Isang beses lámang maaaring manalo ang indibidwal sa tatlong kategorya ng Tumula Tayo!

13. Ang pasiya ng Lupon ng mga Hurado ay pinal at hindi na mababago.

14. Ang pangalan ng mga mananalo ay iaanunsiyo sa KWF page sa Abril.
