Beginning August 5th, I will be offering 1 on 1 yoga sessions in my studio. Yoga is not a religion, but a discipline to bring your mind and body into harmony. Yoga promotes not only flexibility, but also strength and well being.

Sometimes, personal trainers lack motivation too 🤯 there are times when I have to get in the right mindset: this isn’t part of my job; it’s part of my lifestyle. This morning, Marshall helped along with some fun music from SHINee 😉
We have to change our mindset on occasion and do hard things. The results are 100% worth it 💪🏼
