Kindness doesn’t have to be some momentous task that you are expected to do, instead it’s the little day to day things that you do without thinking, like holding open a door for someone.
Releasing tension through exercise provides a more fulfilling relaxation.

Finding a way to relax; whether it be candles and incense, or exercise and sports, is an important advancement in keeping yourself happy and healthy.
One of the best ways to understand others is to ask questions. Be polite and considerate when asking, but the best way to understand a person is to just ask and interact with them.

We are all connected in some way, even the most unfamiliar strangers will have something in common.

Helping others is like a domino effect, with one action leading to another and in the end that kindness is usually paid back, helping you out when you are in a time of need.
Small acts of kindness towards other people, or even larger acts, such as volunteering to help in your local community, can provide a sense of purpose and fulfilment, making you feel more satisfied and happier with your life.
