It all makes sense, has a good structure, but allows space for creativity and flow.
The three of us prefer all different ways of moving through our weeks.. for instance Lena likes to have a good structure of her week,
whilst still being open for spontaneous occasions that come along during the day…

Because..
don’t you think that your life is actually naturally gravitating towards the things, people, places, occasions …. etc. that are especially designed for you? And could’t the event, person or place that you’ve neglected now, only because you’ve filled up your calendar without time to breath.. , couldn’t that be your chance to come one step closer to your destiny? 😟🤔

ABOUT US..

We are Lena (R) & Kim (L).

Two passionate girls who are in love with life, Nature, the Good Life and.. Yoga & Pilates.

Since the day we met we soon realised Yoga & Pilates are a cool and worthful combination.

We combine the strength and mobility of Pilates classes given by Lena and the flexibility and mindfulness of Yoga classes given by Kim.

This workshop is a combination of engaging movements and relaxation, mindful meditation and conscious moving.

Do you trust easily?
Do you trust us to guide you on Sunday, 6th?

Do you have difficulty distinguishing trustworthy people from untrustworthy ones?
To survive as individuals, we’ll have to learn to trust wisely and well.

Yet, it all starts in the brain.
Trust kicks in on remarkably simple cues.
We’re far more likely, for example, to trust people who are similar to us in some dimension.
Physical touch also has a strong connection to the experience of trust 🤗

We can never be certain of another’s motivations, intentions, character, or future actions.

We simply have the choice between two options:
1️⃣ to trust = means to open ourselves to the prospect of abuse if we’re dealing with an exploiter or
2️⃣ to distrust = means missing out on all the benefits if the other person happens to be honest

And it works in the same way with dreams..
Trust or Distrust.
You make that choice.

Personal Growth.
Not always easy isn’t it?!

I think we can all agree on that.
It requires a great deal of self-responsibility and accountability.
It includes all of the attitudes, behaviors, and relationships that hold you back.
By either being toxic or keeping you stagnant.

It may be a positive experience, or it may be a negative one.
I’ve discovered that it is when I’m going through a thunderstorm of negativity that I grow the most.

So as long as you keep going, you will grow.
Even if you believe you aren’t on the right path.

It’s about the journey of growth.
It’s about becoming more of who you already are.

It’s about finding your own path.
From where you are.
From where you stand.

So, where are you at?

How do you know if you're really connecting with someone?

1. You are fully in THE MOMENT. When we have human connection we do not think about what went wrong in the past or worry about the future. We are fully available in the present moment and to the shared experience we are having with another.

2. YOU ARE BEING YOURSELF, honesty is the KEY to human connection.

3. YOU FEEL OPEN, you have enough trust to share a certain experience or story whether it is good or bad with someone else.

4. You FEEL EMPATHY & KINDNESS for the other person. Human Connection is usually kind and supporting or empowering eachother.

5. A SENSE OF TRUST exists between you and the other person. For example someone is helping you carry your suitcase up the stairs at the metro station during your travel, you have trust in this person

Next time you sit in the train and catch someone's eye: smile.

Next time you are in a shop and see someone drop their mask, pick it up and give it back.

Next time you are talking to someone, create trust and empathy, ask how this person is doing today.

Stretch it. Stretch it out.
You may think of stretching as something performed only by runners or gymnasts. But we all need to stretch in order to protect our mobility and independence.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.
We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight.

Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

Do you want that?
No - we don’t want that either!!

Which is why we keep on moving.
As we stretch the body whilst moving - at least in Yoga & Pilates.
Afterwards we are ready to go. To dance it off.
And connect.

How are you?

Lot of times in or people say noooo I can't do this, I am not flexible enough.

But its not about how flexible you NEED to be, its how flexible you can adapt, to your body and more so your mind.

Are you willing to explore, adventure and dive deep in your body and mind and let the flexibility make you feel good?

Think about those big a££ buildings or flats, did you know they move with the wind? Flexibility is needed to make them stronger.
Imagine what this flexible mindset can do to your SOUL!

Sooooo in this picture its not about how flexible we can stretch our legs, its about how we felt at this certain moment, we felt good by doing this.

Let me ask you one question:
If you would not be afraid of failure, what would you do?

Often we don’t start that business, we don’t ask this person out, we don’t speak in front of people..
because we are afraid of failure.
We are afraid of losing everything.
Afraid of getting rejected.

Yet, the world didn’t end afterwards didn’t it?!
If you take one situation in which you didn’t succeed….
Most people on the world don’t even know about your „failure“.
Because failure doesn’t even exist.

If you wanna fly, think happy thoughts.
Apply the Peter pan principle.
Trust the process. Which starts with an encouraging belief system.
So what do you wanna think about in your upcoming week?
About your past failures, all the things that could go wrong..
Or rather about all the things you could get right..
By believing in yourself?!

Happy Easter. Happy days. Hope you had a great time off.

We’ve also been with our families the past few days which is why it was a bit more quiet here. However, I’ve wanted to share something with you now..

I was writing. Some gift cards for my fam. About the Easter rabbit 🐰 who was making its long way over the fields. To arrive at its destination.

Capturing the sound of nature’s around, whilst hopping forward. Recognising the smell of colourful tulips 💐, whilst hopping forward. Memorising the touch of fresh grass under its paws, whilst hopping forward... 🌱✨

Collecting all these positive memories on its skin. In form of flowers 🌺 which are visible for everyone. Visible for everyone who is attentive. And opens their eyes for the colourful flowers of life 🌷☺️🐰
