Earlier today, Djibouti Telecom welcomed Mr Sergio Pimenta, International Finance Corporation Vice President for Africa alongside an important delegation.

The IFC - International Finance Corporation's mission is to promote economic development and improve the living conditions of populations by promoting the development of the private sector in developing countries.

During the visit, the delegation were given a tour of one of our international submarine cable infrastructures 'Haramous' signing the growing Djibouti Telecom guestbook.

On 1st November, we received representatives from The World Bank MENA with the attendance of our CEO Mohamed Assoweh Bouh and Director of International Business. Various topics were covered including the growth in connectivity in East Africa and our recent activities in contributing to increasing capacity.
