What an amazing several months!!! So many people to thank!!!

I love when everyone comes together to get a deal done! My sellers are under contract on a home and our appraisal came back with conditions. We knew that no one had the extra funds to get these repairs done, my amazing seller/buyer went over and he has knocked this out of the park!
Just to be clear, they were only requiring a couple of rails. He went ahead and built up multiple decks and added doors. He just killed it. !

This has been a wild week on the list side . Wild but good . I am especially thrilled about this one . I met April and Darryl to help them find a home . At the time they had been trying to sell their home as a For Sale By Owner and tried another agent who grossly overpriced the home . Long story short . The house sat ….
