An A Lender, otherwise known as a Prime Lender, refers to banks and credit unions that cater to customers with good credit scores and a reliable income.

A few things A Lenders require are tax documents, job letters and paystubs, source of down payment.

𝔸𝕝𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕃𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣/𝔹 𝕃𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣
An Alternative Lender, otherwise known as B Lending, require minimum documents and allow easier qualification for clients.

B Lending specializes in self-employed income and increases purchasing power for the client. B Lenders do not require tax documents for proof of income and can use stated income to qualify for your mortgage. Due to B Lenders being competitive with A Lenders in regard to their rates and as well as having a lower barrier of entry for qualifying for their products, B Lenders charge a fee.

ℙ𝕣𝕚𝕧𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕃𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣
Private Lenders require little to no documents. Although they have little requirements, private lenders require a minimum down payment and charge additional fees. Private Lenders tend to have the highest rates due to being hassle free and being easy to qualify.
