I met a new friend today!!

A fellow Color Street Stylist!! ☺️☺️

I was coming out of Local Kitchen when I recognized her shirt she was wearing from the Color Street conference, so of course I had to go talk to her!! 😂 ☺️ .stop.nail.shoppe
Jenn was setting up for a vendor event in Downtown Old Torrance.
I was beyond excited to meet a local stylist because I never see any so I feel like we’re celebrities 🤩😂🤪

Anyway, Downtown Old Torrance is having a Halloween street fair event tonight from 4pm -8pm. Lots of vendors, my new friend Jenn .stop.nail.shoppe will be there doing her nail thing, trunk or treat for the kids, and I’m sure lots of other cool stuff too! Looks like it should be something fun to do on a Saturday night. Go check it out!

The costumes were totally awesome, the people were fun, and the music was nostalgic! It was such a perfect weekend celebrating my BFF friend forever♥️ I love you thank you for turning 50 and having such a rad party!! 😆😘

I am beyond proud of my girl to have seen her vision and have followed through on her dream of wanting to write a book. Cherish’s book of healing is a journey of picking up her pieces and making herself whole. Watching her transform into a better person, a whole person , and in turn become who she needs to be now, and for her future self is an inspiration we all need in our lives! I’m so truly inspired to call her my BFF, my ride or die, my forever friend ♥️♥️♥️ I love you .muzik for doing your thang!!😎😘💖✨

Today I had the pleasure of spending my morning with a new friend and local jewelry artist 😊
I stopped by her place to pick up some beautiful items she had set aside for me. As we chatted away about life, kids, traveling, our interests, and our passions…My love of came up in conversation. Can you believe she’d never heard of these AMAZING products? What are dry nail strips? How does it work? How long do they last? How do you take it off? Those were some of her questions etc, etc…. I’m wearing a color from The Sweet Stuff Collection called Grapefruit Squeeze. Here I’ve doubled it and added a glittery overlay, Secret Identity.
I cannot say enough good things about this new collection!! The texture is unbelievable!! It’s like a drop of lip gloss or a jelly bean or a gummy bear has been applied to your nail! It’s soooo gel like but looks soft 😂 and gooey like candy, if that makes sense!!! You seriously NEED to get your fingers💅 on these nail strips before they’re gone- they’re AMAZING!
OH! And the layering capabilities too! These strips change colors depending on what you layer them over!!🤯

So I did a thing today….I had the honor and privilege to apply Color Street to my MIL’s nails!!!
I adore her so very, very much so when I asked her if I could do her nails and she said yes I was thrilled! ☺️
She has been going to the nail salon and had been getting gel nails because her nails are weak. When she decided to take them off there was already a good amount of growth for them to be removed. She went to a different salon to have them removed from where she’d been getting them done. She said the lady who removed them was super gentle and worked really hard to remove them as best she could without damaging her nails. The pics are 2weeks since having the gels REMOVED and you can see how badly damaged the nails are 😕
I filed them the best could and applied Color Street nail strengthener as the base. My MIL chose Beijing Beauty, a classic red ❤️, and the results were better than she expected!! She was so happy with the ease and simplicity of Color Street! And not to mention, the fact her nails were in such poor shape when we started she didn’t think anything could make her nails look good. Alas, Color Street does it again, takes the WIN!
