The story behind Shadee’s Hot and Spicy Relish 🌶

I grew up in the isls of Fiji. On the north
Eastern shores of a small town called Rakiraki. I spent a lot of time in my Nanna ‘s kitchen which inspired my style of cooking.

She would make pickles and chutneys to accompany sweet and savoury dishes. Nanna would use seasonal vegetables and fruits to make home-made pickles and Relish.

This is how we came about selling these home-made jars of love to the local community .

Some of these recipes bring waves of nostalgia over me. And so I want to share some of my favourite relishes and pickles with you from my kitchen to your table!
