3RD STOMAVERSARY!

I can't believe it's been 3 years already. I couldn't imagine how amazing my life would get once I had my Stoma created.

The life I lived before is a distant nightmare that even though it's my memories, I find it hard to comprehend how difficult and debilitating living with ulcerative colitis made me.

If you're currently living with any type of chronic illness, you're not alone. There is such a positive community online that you will be able to relate to and get tips from.

THANK YOU TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS CLOSE AND FAR THAT HAVE SUPPORTED ME THROUGH THE LAST 3 YEARS. LET'S SEE WHAT 2024 BRINGS US.

There is not enough words that will express the amount of pride my gawjus wife has brought me today. Not only has she graduated from her foundation degree, she was selected out of everyone to win the Employability prize (which they spoke so highly about her in front of the masses) I love you my gawjus girl! On to the next one 😘

Wow l! What a hot day! We started at the passage house in Kingsteignton and walked through Hackney marshes, around the main road, past big tesco and back around again by winner's gym.

Today's walk started from Broadsands and we walked to Brixham and back again. There was ups and downs and it even tried to rain. The south west coastal path is a thing of beauty and managed to smash out an impressive 10k!

This was yesterday mornings walk with but had strava syncing issues.

A nice refreshing walk around cockington woods. Unfortunately, the weather could have been better, but I suppose the gardens need it 😅

I'm now just over halfway on my marathon in a month and 80% of the way of my target of£100

Day 4 of My WalkIt challange and I set out wearing my brand new purple T-shirt and embarked on a quest to complete 5k. As I came nearer to completing my goal, the solitude made me think about a time at the start where I was in agonising pain on the daily, which was unbearable. This pushed me to go further, then I set out to go because I can, and I know a lot of people that live with these diseases can't, even thou they may want to. Smashed 6.6km, which brings the total to 18km out of 42km

Day 3 of the walking challenge. Took full advantage of some spare time this morning and walked the back roads between Teignmouth and Bishopsteignton and down the back fields. Smashed 4.4km which brings the total to 11km out of 42km
