The coming yoga week is shaping up to be pretty exciting 👀 ✨💫 . Richard Adamo Yoga will be back in Aberystwyth on Thursday night to share his legendary take on Ashtanga. He used to run a regular Ashtanga class on Monday nights in Aberystwyth for decades and was one of the early UK teachers of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. 🥷🤸‍♂️His Monday class used to be my personal happy place. ☂️🙏 So I’m thrilled that Ashtanga is back on and that he can be part of it. Classes start next week!!!!

Hi all, just wondering how many people want a regular weekly yoga class (on Thursday evenings) and how many would like to attend the whole course about 10 weeks - I.e willing to pay upfront for the whole thing (at a discount of course!). If people want to go ahead then the first class could be next week. If the numbers are too few we might just try to do this in someone’s living room instead.

So how many people in Aber want a Thursday evening Hatha yoga class? If you are interested can you get in touch and let me know. If there is sufficient interest then I could think about putting on a class again towards the end of the month.

Hi Everyone! Regular yoga classes are starting next week (on Thursday evenings) in Aberystwyth. See the poster below for full details.

So the set up is going to be a little bit different this year. There will be a beginners class at 6:15pm that focuses on stretching and relaxation (although it will still meaning sweating a little bit!).

Then at 7:30 there will be a more dynamic class in which each week we build up to a key posture (headstand, handstands, bridge, crow pose... etc...etc...).

You are welcome to come for just one class - or both - the cost for the evening is an inflation busting £6.50!! Or £50 for in advance all ten lessons
