This is how we do LAMB CHOPS , brined overnight so super tender, then rubbed in paprika, and a yoghurt harissa marinade. Oven Roasted, then we caremelise the fat, finished with mint, coriander and cucumber salsa, flaked hazelnut and a touch of fresh chilli. BOOM
