Dear Friends, Fans, and Followers in the Brattleboro area,

We want to be as transparent as possible with you, but must retain much information regarding the situation at this time. We may release more details as time goes on, but we wanted to make a formal statement as soon as possible.

We have decided to cut all ties with River Garden Marketplace, their management, and their owners. Unfortunately, this means that we will no longer be producing the monthly Brews and Burlesque show at that venue.

Although, this was not an easy decision, we have always put the safety and wellbeing of our performers first and continuing a show there would hinder that philosophy.

We are still performing in and around Brattleboro and we will most likely have a show scheduled there soon. Keep following us here for details.

Get those tickets now as they are limited and bound to sell out! This isn’t your grandmothers burlesque show! We have performers who are so dangerously sexy and acts so hot that they will fulfill your wildest fantasies. Tickets are 25 dollars and are available at Machina Kitchen and Art Bar. Sam Booca has become a crowd favorite at brews in burlesque because of their unique and witty comedic performances. Sam Booca is a gender bending draglesque performer who loves to mix comedy with rock music. Everytime you see Sam Booca you don’t know what you’ll get. One thing we do know is that you’ll be laughing so hard when Sam takes the stage.

INNOCENT IVY

This performer has showcased her talent throughout various cities in Vermont and shared the stage with Green Mountain Cabaret for 11 years. Chair work, Aerial dance, and Figure skating are some of their favorite ways to push the form of dance. Additionally this dancer, every now and again, likes to dabble in drag and bring their alter ego to light.

Although new to the world of burlesque, Jaime is certainly not new to the stage life! With over 30 years of theater and dance, Jaime V loves the stage and maybe you’ll love him too?! Jaime explores the eccentricities of life, and how to fall in love with all of the moments we encounter. Love life with Jaime V!

Jack Rose is one of the producers and founders of Burning Roses Burlesque. Although he doesn’t dance you can always catch him performing with Moxxie Hart by Singing and Playing guitar live for her sets. Jack is also Burning Roses Burlesque Mc, Sound tech, Lighting tech,Dj, Musical director and Arranger. A bit of a fun fact. This will be Jacks Birthday show! So make sure you show him some love!

Daddy Longlegs is a circus performer new to the burlesque world. She hopes to take the audience into a world of fantasy and out of reality.

ALICE VON DERLAND
With the grin of a Cheshire cat and the quirkiness of a Doormouse, Alice has been delighting burlesque audiences for years. The Bookworm of Burlesque uses her curious mind, literary sensibilities, and comic timing to tell the stories of real-life mishaps and obscure and often misunderstood characters. She has performed at many venues in Vermont including Green Mountain Cabaret, Glitter and Duct Tape, Le Moulin Vert, Untapped, and the Vermont Burlesque Festival.
