Update on my latest work, the apartment is finished and looks not bad at all . I hope that my turnkey sale will be successful soon 🤞😃
My next project is nearly done the apartment to sale in the Old Mill Różanka in Wrocław. To end the renovation I am still waiting for doors, skirting boards and few more elements to be delivered and installed . This what is mostly irritating in this job are mistakes and delays from suppliers. But luckily long time ago I have used to live within. Anyway few photos of the apartment from today to get a bit of feeling how it will look when is final finished. 😃
A new project on the board, this time turnkey finishing of an apartment for sale. The 76m2 apartment located on the last floor in a postindustrial building. On the floor plan we have living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, two balconies, bathroom and separate WC which I will convert to a walk in wardrobe. I am still the investor, but this time I will keep my visions in check 😅.
My project in Wiltshire in the UK has been finally finished, the last apartment has been signed off just today.
It has took a while to renovate , but contractors are very much an issue in this country therefore a bit of delay. To describe in few words my work here , I have done full renovation design , was responsible for all used materials and finishes , as a Project Manager and Main Designer had to deal with all Building Regulations and Planning Department. I had designed and converted the site of the property to 10 parking places. One of the building is Listed Grade II and another one not but still treated as a curtilage to one. Both of the buildings have been residential place converted in 70’s and 80’s in a lot of small rooms standard. I tried in my design to remove all the small storages and to prepare the rest to nowadays living standards. I have used in the design height potential of the buildings and created within a lot of mezzanine’s as additional living places and space. I have prepared few photos how it looked before and how it is looking now. The whole project I have taken as a great challenge and I am very happy with the final result.🤩
I have done few collages to show the apartment transformation. 🙂
Finally the stairs have arrived 🤩 I am very grateful to the Rintal company , they have done excellent job and dead line till end of the year has been kept 👌
In the Mill apartment the next stage is already behind , wooden floor installed , microcement in the master bathroom finally done and concrete decorative plaster as well . Everything painted and the wallpapers finished. In the master bathroom still the ceiling needs to be painted , but from building point of view that’s it . Kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom furniture fixed. After Christmas lighting will be installed and the bathrooms fitting with the stairs included . Just waiting for the doors arrival and I can finally move in 💪😍
Photos from the last stage attached
The refurbishment work in the Mill apartment is in progress, to coordinate all to get on time is a big challenge , but I will not complain it is however my job 🤷♀️. Although everything is working nearly how I have planned … maybe with two days delay what is generally speaking not bad at all 💪. Few photos made today , more will come very shortly 😃
Construction work in the Mill apartment is in progress, the builders have got a bit of panic with a time schedule, but I hope they will keep deadlines within stages . Anyway I’ve got yesterday visualisation of the stairs , and it will look 👌
Metal-wooden stairs with the glass balustrade. 😍The mural wallpaper is a part of design for the staircase.
Very busy time behind and ahead myself.
Work in the new apartment will start on 16 th this month, wooden floor ordered, doors have been chosen , stone slabs bought for the bathroom upstairs and worktop in the kitchen. Stairs almost ordered ( the price for the plan A design has killed me today 😳 so therefore plan B stairs need to be implemented ) but kitchen design already is certain.
Actually not bad especially ,that I have signed the final buying contract just yesterday 😅
Few pics of stone slabs and door included.
The pre contract has been signed. Design for the apartment in Wrocław completed.
After the finalisation of the buying contract, a lot of work ahead. Can’t wait 😃Few photos of inspiration and the floor plans.
Photos except the plans from internet source.
Negotiations successfully 💪 the same building, but much bigger apartment to do, on two levels btw. 😍 What I love in it is the ceiling height : 3.3 m downstairs and 3.7 m upstairs. After the pre notary contract I will start ASAP to design👌❤️ I have added few better photos from the agent involved in the transaction. Thank you Przemek😍
New detail in perspective drawn by me today. Great fun 🤩 I will not do any visualisations for the apartments project , because I have everything already in my mind . The details in the perspective are for the contractors to avoid any mistakes in future work.
New project on board, this time in Poland 🇵🇱 in my favourite city Wrocław - the Capital of Lower Silesia . New apartment in a beautiful listed post industrial building “Mill Ròżanka”converted to residence last year. I am changing the previously post , because something has changed recently and fresh opportunity of a totally new apartment in the same building just came out. Fingers crossed negotiating tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞
I am very happy to announce that, the West South Wiltshire Building Control Team has applied my project in Melksham to a LABC Award in the Category of the Best Residential Renovation Project. I hope it will get the Nomination this time 🤞🤞🤞It is a great satisfaction for me that, the professionals have appreciated my work 😍Few photos how it was and turned to be now

New potential project on board , located in Germany a little satellite town to Düsseldorf called Krefeld. A huge place , with two townhouses ca. 2000 m2 again a properly challenge for me , but why not 🤩 I only need to get my German back Asap🤔
One of my last project in Germany ( North Rhein-Westfalen) the Hunting Lodge. Supervised remotely, the task was to create a new bathroom and to update installations , kitchen , floor, road, to build a new system of connection to the deep well . To finish the entire work will be installed : new windows, entrance door and gate ( we are waiting for a delivery) .
We were able to do a little extension to the existing building with a place for a new bathroom and boiler room. I am really pleased with the current result 😃. Maeva Home Sp. z.o.o has done the work . Well done you! I have updated the last piece of work done last few days : new gate , new windows , new painted house and installation of a new kitchen.

A bit of update from my project. In two refurbished attic apartments only small finishing details are left with laundry appliances to install. The ground floor apartments need a bit more to be finished. In the whole building a new ventilation has been provided partly passive with a new roof vents for the attic apartments . And for the ground floor apartments with a single wall recuperating units. All stone walls finished with a lime plaster.
Almost done…at least two apartments 💪
