day five! let’s jump right in—trigger warning: midsommar is ACTUALLY messed up/scary-scary. a college student who takes a trip after a family tragedy to a secluded swedish village with her aloof boyf & his posse of pompous friends where things get WEIRD in “midsommar”, and hear about a 1939 murder of a young teenage girl in her home told by famous journalist and crime historian, kate winkler dawson, and dissected (pun intended) by former cold case investigator who played a key role in the golden state killer case, paul holes.
