Unfortunately we cannot refund jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. We do not accept exchange requests. In the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged in transit, please provide us with a video of you opening the parcel with the original packaging for further consideration. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible so that the item is prevented from dispatch. Actual colours may vary to some extent. This can be due to lighting variants and/or due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. How to take care of your Jewellery
Clean your jewellery by wiping with a soft cloth. Store at room temperature and store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or discolouration. Jewellery boxes or pouches are an excellent way to separate pieces to prevent entanglement, humidity and dust. Delivery
