Wondering how we make our Lasagne Verdi Alla Bolognese?

Our rich ragù is slow cooked for over four hours. Each layer of our homemade pasta is simply made with semolina flour, spinach and fresh eggs. Our béchamel sauce is a simple mix of flour, butter, milk and nutmeg. Not forgetting a generous amount of grana cheese!
