Human beings are of four types:

1. A man who knows, and knows that he knows. This is the scholar, so take and patiently learn from him.

2. A man who knows, but does not know that he knows. This one has forgotten, so quietly remind him.

3. A man who does not know, and knows that he does not know. This one is a student, so teach him continuously because he will be a great scholar one day.

4. A man who does not know, and does not know that he does not know and isn’t even interested in knowing. This one is an idiot, so reject him".

TODAY'S MOTIVATION ON KOSWE

Six (6) Leadership Principles that we can learn from an Eagles

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. Eagles Prepare for Training;
They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest./

MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. When the Eagle Grows Old,
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he pluck

Woman Stripped Of Qualification After Burning Degree

(BBC)A young woman in Malawi has had her academic qualifications revoked after a video, in which she was seen burning her university degree as a show of frustration that she could not find a job, went viral on social media.

Privately-run Exploits University in the capital, Lilongwe, told Bridget Thapwile Soko that it was disappointed with the video because it tarnished the image of the institution and said it had decided to invalidate her learner’s degree certificate with immediate effect.

Ms Soko was awarded a degree in business administration upon completing a four year course with the university but was heard in the video saying she had decided to burn it because she saw no value in it.

Unemployment is a serious problem in Malawi and was one of the key campaign issues in the last general election. President Lazarus Chakwera, then an opposition leader, promised he would create a million jobs in his first year in office.

The president’s team claims the majority of those jobs have been created, but the opposition say unemployment numbers have in fact increased.

In most anti-government protests that have recently been held across Malawi, many youth are seen carrying placards demanding jobs.
But the revocation of Bridget’s certificate has ignited a huge debate on social media about unemployment and the suitability of education offered in institutions of higher learning.

WHY SOME TEACHERS (MEN) DELAY GETTING MARRIED

1) FEAR (MARRIAGE PHOBIA)

Many bachelors actually fear Marriage

They fear the financial responsibilities that come with Marriage. spending on her, and then when the kids come, extra demands on him. Local man cannot can.

They fear the emotional responsibilities, tell her you love her everyday, take her out on dates, kiss her daily, be responsible and accountable to her, forgive her, it's all too much for them to handle

While some Men fear Marriage because of the things they've heard or seen, maybe their father or a close friend of theirs had a bitter marriage experience

2) THEY DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEIR FREEDOM

They know they may not be able to hang out with the guys on Friday night as before.

They will be expected not to go anywhere without her knowledge,

They know they won't be be able live carefreely as they were doing before as bachelors and they still value that freedom above all.

3) NO NONEY

Among this category are two types.

✔ The ones who have nothing at all to use in doing wedding, and then running a home after

Even her bride price they can't afford with their current account balance, so they're still single or engaged, they are currently working hard and saving money toward their marriage, with plans to quit bachelorhood soon.

✔ The ones who have money, have a good job with a good salary, even accommodation, but they want to be millionaires first, buy car, buy land and build house before they now settle down. (of course this is stupidity.)

4) THEY ARE NOT READY TO QUIT MESSING AROUND (PLAY BOYS)

They are still busy sampling ladies, playing around wiyu Ada, Juliet, Zara, Shade and 20 other ladies.

They don't want Marriage to slow down or hamper their philandering.

5) STILL SEARCHING

This one's haven't seen the one yet.
Among them are;

👉 THOSE who honestly haven't found the bone of their bones and are still searching,
These ones are praying and waiting to hear God.

Amongst those who

RECENTLY RECRUITED TEACHERS SHOULD REPORT BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2022 – SYAKALIMA.

ARNOLD TUTU

SEPTEMBER 10, 2022

By Michael Kaumba
Government has maintained that the deadline for all recently recruited teachers to report in their new stations remains September 15, 2022.

Education Minister DOUGLAS SYAKALIMA says he expects all teachers to have taken up their posts by the deadline which is in public domain.

And Mr. SYAKALIMA has warned of stern action against any senior Ministry of Education official impeding the process of assimilating the new teachers in the government system.

Speaking when he met officials from his constituency at his office, Mr. SYAKALIMA tasked District Education Board Secretaries-DEBS- countrywide to ensure they expedite the placement of new teachers on the payroll.
He said he has given officials in his ministry enough time to settle down following the change of government last year and now the time to work has come.

And Chirundu District Education Board Secretary JUDITH SANTAMBO said about 92% of the recently recruited teachers have reported for duty in the district.
Ms. SANTAMBO said the new teachers have all been put on government payroll.
Government set September 15, 2022 as the deadline for the over 30,000 teachers who were recently recruited under the teacher recruitment exercise to report for duty.

LECTURERS WILL NEVER TELL YOU THIS IN THE UNIVERSITY 🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you are invited for a job interview, at the entrance of the gate or within the Organization's premises:

1.Politely greet everybody. I have seen MDs and Managers disguise and stand at the gate to observe interviewees.

2. Do not go inside and start charging your phone or begin to look for where to charge your phone.

3. Do not go inside and begin to chat with your phone or make unnecessary calls. Put the phone inside your bag. They could be monitoring you through the camera.

4. Avoid too much talk with fellow interviewees. Don't go there and begin to argue about the government of the day, escalated food prices and even lack of employment opportunities. Just be calm and positive.

5. Don't start praying and speaking in tongues to demonstrate your religiosity and closeness to God. Pray at home before going.

6. If they offer you Tea or food, Please reject it politely and thank them. You can take after the interview. If you take that Tea or food, you are out.

7. Don't chew gum, biscuit or anything. Go with a book and be reading it.

8. Never ever criticise your previous employer.

9. If you see somebody you know in the Organization, either as a staff or a fellow interviewee, greet him officially. Avoid creating an impression that you know him.

10. Do not appear too Poor, helpless and inferior before the interviewer. Forget about Kenya problems, your personal and family problems. Focus on the job.

11. After the interview, put up a smiling face, thank them and leave.

In most cases, interviewers assess and score interviewees by the factors above and not necessarily by the answers they provide on paper. They'll train you eventually to do the job if they employ you.

MORE TO BE EMPLOYED IN SECURITY AND DEFENSE WINGS BEFORE DECEMBER - MWIIMBU

Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister, Jack Mwiimbu, has revealed plans by government to launch a massive recruitment of officers under various security and defense wings before December.

Byta FMs Brian Hantuba reports that Mwiimbu, who did not specify the number of personnel to be employed states that among institutions expected to carry out recruitment include the Police Service, Zambia National Service, The Zambia Army and Drug Enforcement Commission.

He remarks that the recruitment process will be transparent, adding that any perceived mistakes in previous recruitments that the New Dawn administration embarked on would be corrected.

Mwiimbu, who is also Monze Central Member of Parliament, has taken pride in government’s record of creating employment, reminding the public that over 30, 000 teachers and over 11, 000 health workers have been recruited to date.

He was speaking during Wednesday’s celebration of the United Party for National Development’s First Victory Anniversary Celebration in Monze.
