One of my favorite things about an updo on a bride is the emphasis on the detail. The delicate earrings, the romantic lacing on the dress, the beautiful necklace gifted by their fiancé that gets shown off when you have an updo😍

My favorite style of updo is the swoopy, loose, romantic updo, but still keeping it structured so you can dance the night away!

My favorite method of creating this look is keeping the front pieces down around the face and pinning them last to create swoopy look into the updo while maintaining the structure of the style! ✨

Not only does this capture beautifully at every angle but you can make it so personalized with your style as well!

Some of my favorite ways to spice up your half up do it’s adding in a hair piece or a chunky braid! Not only does this tie the hair together but it will also make sure your hairpiece feel secure so you can dance your night away!

This loose, dreamy bun was created using a special technique called Stitch.Me.Up. 🤗

This involves using a needle and thread to gather hair together in a dreamy updo without 5 million Bobby pins 🤌🏼 and the best part is, at the end of the night (or week, we don’t judge😉) just cut the string and it will all come out easily!

Your beach boho hair inspo is here!! Here’s how we pulled it off👇🏼

For my wedding hair, I wanted to do something different that I hadn’t seen before.

I imaged having flowers suspended in my hair with a half flower crown. I didn’t know HOW it
(a local SLO florist) absolutely nailed my vision and made it better than I could have even imagined!

The crown was stitched with a needle and special thread and stayed in all night!
