After three long years, Jherlynn Tims, the owner or J. T. Hairpy, has received her Master of Social Work AND passed her exam making her a Licensed Social Worker! That means J. T. Hairpy is open for Therapeutic Services! Jherlynn is providing services through Poppy’s Therapeutic Corner, LLC, a black mental health agency in Cincinnati. Jherlynn looks forward servicing her community and eventually being able to provide the service of hair therapy.

“Have I breathed today, what kind of questions is that?! Of course I have breathed.” But have you? Have you taken time to recognize your breath coming in and out your body? Sometimes talking a breath is the first step to combat anxiety, quick reactions and overwhelming feelings.
