This class is suitable for all levels and may be modified to suit a student's personal fitness level. This class is a great introduction to our signature style of Pilates that incorporates the classic Pilates principles and poses to enhance your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The class is designed for all levels. A beginner friendly class, using the reformer (but no chair) and a variety of props to help you get the most out of your workout. This is a great way to start your Pilates journey and get you started on your journey in strengthening your mind, body and spirit. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure that you are seated at the right point for class.
