Naglabas na ng Executive Order ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga ukol sa suspensyon ng face to face classes sa buong lalawigan ng Pampanga mula October 16-17, 2023 bilang paghahanda sa nakaambang nationwide-wide transport strike.

Sa ilalim ng executive order no. 32 - 2023, hinihikayat ni Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda ang mga paaralan na magsagawa ng online / modular learning class/ alternative learning delivery modality para sa tuloy-tuloy na kaalaman ng mga estudyante.
