An important announcement—Night Owl Fitness will be closed June 29 through July 13th. We will not be holding any training sessions for clients during this time, and any consultation requests may not be seen right away. Thank you for your understanding!

Night Owls—we encourage you to stay active while the gym is closed! If you have questions about keeping your activity up while not having training sessions during these weeks, please talk to Loi at your next session for recommendations.

We thought we’d check in and see what you are most proud of accomplishing this month (so far). Have you reached an important health or fitness goal that you set for yourself? Hit a higher one rep max? Maybe met a certain step count for each day, or made an important change to your diet that you’ve stuck with? We want to hear about it!
