Hello Ladies. Here's an update for you

Hope you ladies are all doing well...Are you ready for Christmas?? I will FINALLY be DONE TONIGHT...Queen of procrastination right here. lol

You know I always talk about being INTENTIONAL with your planning and selling. Do you sit down with your newbees and help them plan out their first order?
I thought it may be helpful, if you saw what I suggest to my new designers. Especially those who just joined.
This month is IN IT TO WIN IT... have a 150PV by Aug 14 and you earn 2 chances to win. 10 designers will be winning EVERY NEW TRANSFER coming out in next month's Holiday Suite. I hear the value is over $500
BUT... don't stop at 150 minimum threashold. REMEMBER we are also trying to help them hit DESIGNER DEBUT & EARN DESIGNER DOLLARS. At 150 you earn ZERO DESIGNERS DOLLARS, while 200 PV the month you join earns you 20 DESIGNER DOLLARS. It also gets you half way to hitting your Designer Debut phase, that you will have until the NEXT full month to reach, EARNING YOU BONUS DESIGNER DOLLARS. Also remember if you became a Designer in July, you have a chance to EARN DOUBLE DESIGNER DOLLARS, when you finish all 3 phases. AND those of you who became designers in AUGUST... You have a chance to earn back the price of your kit!
I am also very intentional with the choices I give them. They are more than welcome to swap out the transfers, to the designs they prefer, BUT these are projects that I also create videos for, to help them promote.
Also... I make sure they stock up on SURFACES. They need SURFACES in their hands to create. And why not START OFF bye using and getting in the HABIT of creating with Chalk Couture surfaces. Just makes BETTER BUSINESS SENSE. Have people shop from YOU. Stop promoting the Dollar Tree and Hobby Lobby... YOU DON'T WORK FOR THEM. They aren't sending you a paycheck. Show items that your customers can PURCHASE FROM YOU!
and make sure you add some paste singles, mini squeegees, small surfaces like our wood tags, 3x3 frames, chalkabble chips, so you have something to hand out and SHARE the Chalk LOVE, letting everyone know of your new adventure.

DESIGNER SERVICES AND SHIPPING CHANGES
It’s a month of variety at the Chalk Central office. Read on for some changes to our regular workflow:
Designer Services will open late at 10:30 am MT, tomorrow, August 6. We need our agents to help us in welcoming Debbie Westbrooks to Chalk Central to celebrate her Million Dollar Lifetime Sales achievement!
It’s time for our fulfillment center to complete an inventory cycle count. To complete this task, no orders will be shipping August 5–6 (today and tomorrow). Fulfillment times are still expected to fall within regular turn times. If we extend past 5 business days in our turntime, we will post shipping updates in the Designer Studio.
Designer Services will be closed on Wednesday, August 11, for our annual employee appreciation day. Hours will return to normal on Thursday, August 12.

Who wants to know the magic formula to achieving MENTOR?! ✨
Ok here you go. Let me break it down...

✹ On your Level 1, you should aim for having 9 front line teamies. Yes, NINE! You can do it. 9 is going to help you achieve it consistently, get you closer to your next promotion and not just reaching it 1 time.
✹ Then your teamies have teamies... aim for 3 second line teamies. Ex. One or more (hopefully more) of your 9 teamies is sharing this amazing opportunity and they get Stacy, Lynn and Jan to join the fun too! Wahooo!! This can be all under 1 person or 2 or 3. Everyone who is under your 9 teamies, would be second line teamies.
✹ You personally need to shoot for 714PV each month. A few parties (online or in person), workshops or vendor events and you’re there. This can be done via social media/blogging too but it takes a while to build up, so in person/online events and parties can get you achieving higher PV sooner while you're working to build up your social media presence and customer base.
✹ Help and support your teamies to each bring in approx 151PV.
✹ Continue to plant those seeds and reel in 2 new teamies each month. TWO... you've got this! Consistency is key!

How close are you to MENTOR based on this formula?

Note: The minimums for Mentor is 400PV, 3 PSQ (3 personally sponsored qualified... aka each at 100PV) and the total volume between you and your team is 2000TV. So it can be done with less teamies and each doing more PV but having more teamies and working at this pace will help you maintain or exceed it month after month. And it will set you up for then getting to Leading Mentor, Master Mentor and beyond.
