Despite fear being its oldest adversary, the human heart is always hopeful. It perseveres, is surprisingly resilient and above all, is kind.
These are unprecedented times for us but what we have learned from our ancestors is that the human spirit always prevails.
So, let’s hope and pray, be kind to one another and thank the people in our lives because with them we can overcome any adversity but without them, our lives would have no meaning!
