Mango Kiwi Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded and diced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- pepper
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- Salt
- 1 tomato, cubed

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.Chill until ready to serve.

Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
- 1 tablespoon apple sauce
- 1/2 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon 7 grain granola
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 red delicious apple, cut into pieces

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients

- 1 14.5oz can of Beef Broth
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 26oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 10 new (red)potatoes
- 1 small onion chopped
- ½ cup Dale's Seasoning
- 2 pounds of stew meat
- 2 cups water

Preparation
To get started, you can just heat your slow cooker to low.

Pour in the cream of mushroom soup, Dale's seasoning, water, and beef broth, and stir until mixed well.

Add your stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and green onions. Stir well until covered and cook on low for 8 hours. You can add salt and pepper as desired, but the flavors and the Dale's marrying together so well that you probably won’t need them.

Fast-Acting Cold Remedy Juice Drink

Ingredients

- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 Ice cubes
- 1/2 chilled Lemon, half
- 1 chilled Lime, cut in half
- 5 pieces Mint leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 Dash of salt
- 1/3 cup Soda water up to the tip of the glass
- 5 chilled Tangerine, cut in halves

Preparation
Juice the fruits.

Put the mixture in a clean, clear glass.
Sweeten the concoction with honey.Put a dash of salt.

Add mints.
Put ice.

Add soda water up to the tip of your glass.
Enjoy while its cold.

Salad With Apples, Gorgonzola and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 baguette
- extra virgin olive oil
- 150 grams creamy gorgonzola
- 1 large green apple
- lemon juice
- pepper
- 1 bunch of mixed green salad
- salt
- 100 grams walnuts

Preparation
Cut the gorgonzola into pieces.Trim and thinly sliced apples, sprinkling the slices with lemon juice.

Cut the bread slices and toast in a skillet or the grill of the oven for 5 minutes until browned and crispy.Distribute the salad into 4 individual bowls or a large serving platter, arrange the bread and apples on the salad.

Sprinkle with walnuts and gorgonzola.Emulsified oil and lemon juice a bowl.

Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Pour the seasoning to taste and serve salad.
