I’ve been hanging on to Zelly the Zebra Plant for a few weeks now just because I like to get familiar with new plants before they go to a new home. This helps me to help you! 😁

The leaves are super hardy but you’ll definitely know when it needs water as it will droop and feel like soggy lettuce.

Tips for keeping this baby alive and healthy:

•Bright filtered light
•Consistently moist soil (water every 3 days or so)

Pros: Pet safe, easy to care for once you get familiar with it, blooms beautiful yellow flowers!

Such a plant classic! Mya the Dieffenbachia Compacta (Dumbcane)🌱

There are many varieties of the dieffenbachia plant but they’re all unique and beautiful!

• I stand at about 35 cm tall
• I enjoy a good misting and to be watered when the top 2 inches of my soil becomes dry
•I like indirect light but can tolerate full shade however I won’t grow as big this way!
•I’m called a dumbcane because if my juices touch your tongue (which they shouldn’t be doing anyway)it’s said that you may not be able to temporarily speak!😲
