Build a Fun Scarecrow
*Materials
*Large or small craft sticks
*Mini craft sticks
*Orange paint
*Paint brushes
*Pencil
*Wood glue
*Googly eyes
*Construction paper or felt sheets of any color
*Yarn, foam, or yellow paper grass
Instructions
Line up eight large or small craft sticks in an even, vertical row.
Next, glue one small craft stick diagonally about one inch down from the top of your scarecrow.
After the glue settles, use the orange paint to color the diagonal stick and the space above it.
Then, glue some googly eyes to his face.
Cut out a long triangle for his nose and glue it on.
For the mouth, trace it first with a pencil and then paint it black.
Finally, for the hair, use yarn, strips of foam, or yellow grass paper.
