The Emergency Rental Assistance Program is designed to provide support funds to those in need of housing and supportive services, including individuals with extremely low income, including those who have previously been chronically homeless and living on the streets. We are here to help you with the Emergency Assistance Relief Fund.

The emergency rental assistance program provides rental assistance to eligible households who have been impacted by the pandemic. Eligible households may receive up to $2,000 per month in rental assistance, with a total assistance limit of $36,000 for up to 18 months. As of April 1, 2023, ERAP is available only as rental assistance. New eligible applicants may apply for past-due (arrears) and up to three months of future rent assistance. Utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and home energy costs are covered, and internet, phone, and cable are also eligible.
