When God speaks, He means business. Unlike man, God carefully chooses the promises He makes to us, because He will never make a promise that He does not intend to keep. Even the very words that He uses in the sentences that He speaks to us, those very words are VERY VERY CAREFULLY chosen, because He cannot afford to fail to do what He says - He watches over His Word to perform and fulfill it (Jer 1:12). His words are ALIGNED and SPECIFIC to His INTENTIONS; He intends to FULFILL those words EXACTLY as spoken. So, if God has given you a Word, if He has promised you something, then my friend, you better believe it. No matter what the circumstance, no matter what may come your way, hold on to that Word, hold on to that promise, UNTIL it is made MANIFEST. He intends to fulfill it EXACTLY AS SPOKEN. “For all of God's promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding "Yes!" And through Christ, our "Amen" (which means "Yes") ascends to God for his glory.” (2 Cor 1:20 – NLT)

B.E.L.I.E.V.E.

Say a resounding YES!

Your needs may be overwhelming and your provisions too little in your estimation. But before you think about the situation any further, before you utter another word, GIVE THANKS.

One day, the need to feed 5000 plus men and women who were following Jesus arose. In response to this situation, one of the disciples, Andrew, spoke up and said: “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?” (John 6:9 NIV). Jesus, in His usual cool, calm, and collected nature responded to him and said: "Have the people sit down.” (John 6:10 NIV). He then took the 5 small loaves and 2 small fish and GAVE THANKS. The loaves and fish were then distributed to those who were seated, as much as they wanted. They ate to their fill, and there were left-overs.

Are you looking at the provision you have at hand and wondering "how will this meet my many needs?" Before you ponder the situation any further, before you utter another word, GIVE THANKS and see God move on your behalf to help you through your situation.

God is asking… “What is that in your hand?”

Like Moses at the burning bush, you may be thinking: ‘What I have in my hand is just an ordinary shepherd’s rod’. Yes it is, but not if you follow God’s instructions on how to use it. Don’t take for granted what you have. If God is telling you to use it in a particular manner, go ahead, bold and confident, and just do it. You will soon discover that what is simple and ordinary to you, is actually a miracle working instrument in God’s hands. Trust Him to display His glory as you put it to use according to His guidance starting RIGHT NOW.

Did you hear that? That laziness plays in the same league as wickedness?

“The one who had received one talent also came forward, saying, ‘Master,….. I was afraid [to lose the talent], and I went and hid your talent in the ground….. “But his master answered him, ‘You 𝐖𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃, 𝐋𝐀𝐙𝐘 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭,….. (Matthew 25:24-26 AMP – emphasis mine)

Laziness has no place in the Kingdom of God, put to work what God has entrusted to you. Put your talent to work.

Your TRUE self is who you are in private, not in the public. Strive to be your BEST self when no one but GOD is watching.
