M55 / M55A - Instructions Update

Firstly, wow, thanks! While we knew these kits were anticipated, we can't believe how quickly we sold out. We will be able to do another run, but don't have an anticipated date yet, so bear with us. As always, first notification of re-stocks will be through the email subscription / blog post.

For those who have already downloaded instructions, please note that we made a correction to the online version today at approximately noon Eastern time, so please update your copy. We hope you find these detailed instructions, graphics and photos helpful in your build.

Earlier this evening, we had a bit of a glitch on our shipping tables (many thanks to customers reaching out & letting us know) that prevented some of our US customers from completing their purchases.

Excited to announce two upcoming virtual events in the Hindsight 20/20 series.

All events are put on by Speedwitch Media, Hunter Hughson and National Scale Car.

Wednesday, September 22 (8-9 pm Eastern time) sees a clinic hosted by Hunter on the Penn Central SW1200, including information about the new Rapido offerings.

Saturday, October 2 (12 noon - 8 pm Eastern time) has a full day of clinicians scheduled for this our 10th virtual RPM.

Number of attendees at both events are limited, and guests must register ahead of time at speedwitchmedia.com

No fee to attend this event, but tips are welcome (with instructions included on the attached fliers).

Hello fellow prototype railroad modellers, and welcome to National Scale Car’s page. NSC launched in April 2019 with a focus on mini kits. These mini kits allow a modeller to take a mass produced piece of rolling stock, and transform it into a unique version of the prototype by substituting parts such as ends, doors or under frames.

In two short years, we’ve expanded our product line to include detail parts, tools, and an extensive line of decals. All our products currently focus on HO scale and supporting modellers in replicating period railroad operations.
